Free Shipping
ELIOHAVEN offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. There are no minimum order requirements or coupon codes needed. This applies to every item in our catalog, with no hidden fees. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations, shipping charges may apply and will be clearly communicated during checkout.
Order Cut-Off Time
To ensure your order is processed the same business day, please place your order before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed within the United States.
Handling Time
Once your order is placed and payment is verified, we require a handling period of 1 to 3 business days. During this time, your items are carefully picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. We take great care to ensure that each product is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Orders with multiple items may experience a handling time at the upper end of this range.
Transit Time
After your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier, the estimated transit time is 2 to 5 business days. Delivery windows are based on standard shipping services and your location within the United States. Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes may occasionally extend delivery beyond the estimated window.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We partner with reputable carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to deliver your order. Once your package ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. ELIOHAVEN is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in processing.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly. For damaged items, we may request photographs of the packaging and product. Replacement or refund will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. ELIOHAVEN is not liable for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer. In such cases, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.
