At ELIOHAVEN, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process designed to make your experience hassle-free. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Any request made after this period will not be accepted. To be eligible, items must be returned within the same 30-day window from the original delivery date.
Free Returns & No Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees. Returns are free of charge for all customers. ELIOHAVEN will provide a prepaid return shipping label for most domestic orders. For international returns, a prepaid label may not be available; please contact us for instructions. In all cases, you will never be charged a restocking fee.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct a partial amount if items show signs of use, damage, or missing components. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log into your ELIOHAVEN account or contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label (where applicable).
- Pack the item securely in its original box or a sturdy package, including all original tags and accessories.
- Attach the provided shipping label and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
- Once we receive your return, inspection and processing will begin within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
Exchanges are also free of charge within the 30-day window. If you prefer a different size or color, simply indicate your preference during the return request. We will ship the replacement item as soon as the return is processed. Stock permitting, exchanges are shipped within 3–5 business days after we receive your return. If the desired item is out of stock, you will be offered a refund or a store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including final sale merchandise, gift cards, and personalized or custom-made products. If you have any questions about whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will arrange a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost, including free return shipping. Photos of the damage or error may be requested to expedite the process.
